Emma has worked in the field of nutrition and dietetics for over a decade, across a range of areas in both private practice and the hospital setting, predominantly in gastrointestinal conditions. Emma is committed to providing a safe and nurturing space to every consultation; you will feel heard, understood and empowered to reach and maintain your individual nutrition goals.

Emma thinks broadly of how to best manage her client’s health, and uses considerate investigations, a listening ear and various evidence-based strategies to develop a nutrition plan which is unique and tailored to you.   

She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of collaborating with a health care team to achieve sustainable outcomes. She works closely alongside various health professionals and support team members to achieve your desired outcomes.

Emmas works with older adolescence (>16yrs) and adults.

Being a girl from the country, when she isn’t in the office, Emma loves getting a good dose of ‘vitamin N’ aka ‘nature’, often heading to her parent’s farm to visit her cows, or going for walks and adventures, which usually finish with a glass of wine and a cheeseboard of course!
