Meg’s journey into dietetics was profoundly shaped by raising her neurodivergent children, providing her invaluable insights into the complex world of nourishing young minds. Her mission is to empower clients, fostering confidence in meeting the unique nutritional needs of their young person while reigniting the joy of shared mealtimes.

Dedicated to inclusivity and respecting diversity, Meg works closely with clients of all ages to craft practical strategies tailored to individual goals.

Megan specialises in the following areas of practice;

  • Paediatric nutrition; growth concerns, fussy/selective eating, allergies & intolerances.

  • Neurodivergence; Developmental delay, ADHD, ASD

  • Disordered eating; Meg has completed additional training in Eating Disorders/disordered eating, and has lived experience with Eating Disorders in both an individual and carer capacity.

Megan works across the lifespan; paediatrics (>0yrs old) and adults.

In demonstration of her own ‘fussy eating’ history, Meg reminisces about a childhood incident whereby she cried over nachos ‘ruined’ by the addition of kidney beans. In testament to the evolving relationship with nutrition and tastes, Chilli Beans are now one of her favourite foods!
